CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking is available for all delivery services. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please remember that Shoparisma LOVES to offer you FREE SHIPPING on most products... however, sometimes that takes a little longer due to popular demand on certain items. We estimate between 2 to 4 weeks delivery (it usually arrives sooner than that).
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please contact our Customer Services team for a solution via email...

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry to hear you are missing an item from your order. Sometimes we have to send out items at different times and in separate packages due to supply and demand. We will find a solution for you, so please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you. The fastest option is to email us... support@shoparisma.com
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes, we do offer other methods of delivery. Please choose your shipping method at checkout. Our most popular method is FREE SHIPPING which can take between 2 to 4 weeks.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND AN ORDER ONCE I HAVE PAID FOR IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to your Delivery address. Please ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through the checkout. However, if any items are damaged please check out our refund policy for details.
THERE ARE SOME ITEMS I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE, but they are not showing on my completed order. Why is this?
Unfortunately, there are some items that we can not deliver to certain countries due to customs, legal, regulatory and practical restrictions.
Please remember that you are responsible for seeking customs authorities information before placing an order for Delivery. This is due to some countries having import restrictions on certain products and materials which may cause the order to be held up in customs.  This certainly does not happen very often but we like to remain as transparent as possible and follow all legal guidelines.
